A life long resident, Pete graduated from Westfield (MA) Trade High School in 1967. A proud Vietnam veteran, Pete served his country by volunteering for the draft in 1969 and served in Vietnam from 1969-1971. Mr. Sienkiewicz attained the rank of E-5 Specialist 5TH class prior to his honorable discharge at the completion of his enlistment. Shortly after returning from Vietnam, Pete joined the Westfield Electroplating Company as a plater/metal finisher. Sensing an opportunity for advancement, Pete joined Omega Metal Processing in 1973 serving in increasingly responsible positions, ultimately becoming the General Foreman. In 1983 Mr. Sienkiewicz re-joined WEPCO, a company much larger than Omega, and took on the responsibilities of Assistant Shop Foreman, General Foreman and ultimately Vice President of Operations. In Pete's capacity of VP/Operations, he is responsible for all aspects of production, including; tool design, customer service, scheduling, personnel, plant security, hiring among many others. Assisting Pete in the supervision of his day-to-day duties is a group of dedicated Foremen and group leaders. Pete is married to the former Kathleen Mary Thomas and has 2 married daughters, Heidi and Valerie. A long time girl's soccer coach, Pete enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, as well as billiards, ice fishing and home remodeling.
